Transit Times & Estimates

All transit times provided on our shipping map are estimated time frames under normal conditions.

  • Carrier Schedules: Delivery depends on the carrier’s local schedule and may be affected by federal/local restrictions or unpredicted conditions.
  • Guarantees: Ground transit times are not guaranteed. However, Air Delivery services are always guaranteed.
  • Summer Shipping Warning: If ground transit to your state exceeds 2 days, we strongly recommend choosing an expedited shipping method during summer months to prevent spoilage. We cannot accept responsibility for spoilage occurring during transit via ground shipping.

Order Processing

  • Handling Time: Ground orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, depending on our current schedule.

  • Tracking: You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
  • 7-Day Delivery: Depending on your exact location, residential deliveries may be scheduled 7 days a week.

Returns & Replacements

Because our products are imported and often include perishable items, returns are restricted to ensure food safety and quality.

  • Eligibility: No returns will be accepted unless products arrive damaged or with an unacceptable shelf life.
  • Resolution: If your items qualify, we will either:
    1. Replace the item with a similar product.
    2. Issue a store credit.
    3. Provide a refund to your original payment method.
  • Missing Packages: If you do not receive your package within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@turkishfoodmarket.us or the carrier immediately so we can assist in tracing your order.
