1. Shipping & Delivery We use UPS as our primary carrier. Ground transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. During summer months, we strongly recommend expedited shipping for perishable items. We are not responsible for spoilage due to heat or carrier delays.

3. Products & Perishables Our products are imported from Turkey and other countries. Due to the perishable nature of food items, all sales are final unless products arrive damaged or expired.
